Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise make available content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). You retain all rights in your User-Generated Content, subject to the rights granted to Boardscraping in these Terms.

By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Boardscraping a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Boardscraping reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

In no event shall Boardscraping's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the termination date.
